Modern Day Romeos

Friday, September 20, 9pm - 11pm

Modern Day Romeos

For the past decade, every weekend, MDR has remained a top drawing party band with impressive numbers in any venue or festival. All six of its members have come together from different musical backgrounds to create one of the most fun, unique and high-energy shows that you can experience locally. All of this hard work has paid off as earlier this year MDR proudly received the largest corporate sponsorship of any local band through Coors Light, which has only helped take the band to new heights! The musical selection of MDR is about as wide as it gets. The spectrum includes motown classics, classic rock jams, 80's favs, 90's gems, and the tops of pop, dance and rock of the 2000's. We alter most of the songs with our own style and add a lot of comedy and medleys to make your favorite songs new to you again. Our fan base ranges from 21 to 61 on a regular basis and we want to make sure we have something for everyone.

Serendipity

Sunday, September 22, 12:00pm - 1:30pm

Serendipity

Serendipity is a stroke of sonic good fortune forged from the El Rey Music scene in Arlington Heights. The band has come together fairly recently, but has talent that far exceeds the sum of its experience. These girls are young, but take them lightly at your own peril. Many older musicians have been left in their wake as they rack up win after win at competitions around the NW suburbs. With Serendipity, a seasoned sound carries stirring vocals that pierce the noise of the local band scene.

The Blooze Brothers

Sunday, September 22, 2:15pm - 4:15pm

The Blooze Brothers

For over a quarter of a century (yes, really), the Blooze Brothers has been one of Chicagoland’s most in-demand show bands. We not only honor the music made by the original Blues Brothers in movies, TV, and recordings, but the spirit in which they played – from Dan Aykroyd’s love of traditional blues and soul to John Belushi’s love of classic rock. Like Aykroyd and Belushi, we fuse those great musical traditions into a stage show that energizes and delights hundreds of thousands of music fans across the greater Chicago area and beyond every year.

With a combination of two high-energy frontmen, a dynamic female lead singer, some of Chicago's top musicians, and our 1974 Dodge Monaco Bloozemobile replica, the Blooze Brothers provide a musical experience that can't be beat!
